Through staged self-representations, I have performed various situations where a ‘woman’ is transformed from a subject to an object. Absurdly reducing my identity to that of an every day object, also performing the ridiculous situations, I ironically portray a one-dimensional interpretation of woman’s place within society. I use my body as a tool to express my own experiences and to create different situations that would resonate with suggestive narrative.
