The piece consists of a walk-in installation displaying photographs of an interior space. Elements were extracted from found images, reprinted and physically installed at their original site and subsequently photographed. The work juxtaposes the prior domestic environment and the present state of deterioration and decay. Upon entering the confined physical space of the installation, the visitor is surrounded by the mediated space depicted in the images.
